• I do my best to respond to emails and phone messages within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). And with hopes of extending my lifespan, I do not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls outside of business hours.  (Sorry!)

• If you're having trouble reaching me by phone - please feel free to just leave a message, a text, or an email saying that you're "interested in booking an appointment." This will help me to get back to you asap!  [I often spend a lot of my day not being able to take calls...but having no trouble checking texts/emails and making call-backs].
